I am on the editorial board of the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology.
I served as Associate Editor of Career Development International from 2011 to 2022.
In 2014, I was elected to the leadership track of the Careers Division of the Academy of Management. This is a five-year track starting as Professional Development Workshop Chair (2013-2014), Program Chair (2014-2015), Division Chair-elect (2016-2017), Division Chair (2017-2018), and concluding as Past Division Chair (2018-2019).

I'm currently head of the Business department.
Previously, I was Chair of the programmes Bedrijfkunde and Management (VUB, 2017-2022), Master Thesis coordinator (SBE, 2012-2017), Academic Advisor of the Triangle Programme (SBE, 2013-2017), Academic Advisor of the Master of Global Business (SBE, 2014-2017), Chair of the Human Relations Research Group (HUBrussel, 2010), and Board Member of the Research Council (HUBrussel, 2010).
